Tournament Regulations

Program and set-up of matches

The matches are played in accordance with the regulations and conditions of the K.N.V.B. extended with the rules mentioned in these tournament regulations. The decisions of the referees are binding. Protests will not be accepted.

Every club has to submit, before their first game, to the tournament administration, a players list, containing surname, name, the date of birth and the personal shirt number of every player.

The program will be completed in accordance with the mentioned times. The teams who are not present 5 minutes after the beginning of a match, will lose that match with 2 – 0.

There are 2 groups of 5 teams each. Each group plays half a competition. The ranking in the group is determined by the highest number of points. If two or more teams are equal on points in the competition of the group matches, the following criteria are applied to determine the rankings:
1e) higher number of points obtained in the matches played amongst the teams in question
2e) superior goal difference from the group matches
3e) higher number of goals scored in the group matches played
4e) and if that is also equal, then penalties will be taken. Therefore the normal regulations of F.I.F.A. and K.N.V.B. are in force.

The numbers 1 and 2 of each group go to the semi finals. The losers of the semi finals play for the 3rd / 4th position. The winners go to the final.

Furthermore following matches will be played:

The numbers 3 in the groups play against each other for the 5th / 6th position.

The numbers 4 in the groups play for the 7th / 8th  position.

The numbers 5 in the groups play for the 9th / 10th position.

If there is an equal score in the games for the 3rd/4th and 5th to 10th position, as well as in the semi finals, teams will immediately start to take penalty shots.

When there is an equal score in the FINAL, there will be 2 x 7½ minutes extra time. After an equal score at the end of the extra time, we will start to take penalty shots.

All games, as well as the cross finals and the finals, last 2 x 20 minutes.

The first mentioned club kicks-off and the second mentioned chooses the goal to be defended in the first half.
